Melissa Grace Leetzow has resided in McHenry and Kane Counties her entire life. Growing up in Elgin, then calling Lake in the Hills and currently Woodstock as home. She studied at Harper College, in Palatine, Illinois with an Associate Degree in Interior Design.
Melissa worked as a CAD drafter and space planner in Barrington for an architect until she created her own business Cadscape Design, Inc. and enjoyed having many builders and architects as clients. The company focus was on creating construction documents for permit to build residential and commercial projects.
During her 10 years at Home Depot Melissa has designed many kitchens, entertainment centers and bars throughout her client's homes.
Her conscientious efforts and attention to detail; always putting her clients needs first, have resulted in hundreds of satisfied property owners of luxury single family, town homes, condo's and rentals.
Melissa now has a solid foundation to work with prospective buyers and sellers in the real estate market. Her eye for design and flair for decorating brings a welcome asset to prospective clients who are preparing how to best sell their property and to buyers who cannot visualize a property's potential.
She is married to Michael Leetzow and has two young daughters. Melissa treasures her family time and domestic hobbies, baking and sewing, and loves to travel.
